2. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You did not use EventShareCloud at your event, or
- You are not satisfied with the product for any reason
Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of your payment.
3. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are processed through our payment partner, Paddle. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Non-Refundable Items
One-time add-on purchases (e.g., extra event slots, photo upgrades, retention extensions) that have been actively used are non-refundable. Unused add-ons may be eligible for a refund within the 30-day window at our discretion.
5. Partial Refunds
If you have partially used the Service during the refund period, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, based on the extent of usage.
6. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to be abusive, fraudulent, or part of a pattern of repeated purchases and refunds. We may also limit future access to the Services in such cases.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
